All of the furnace we install for our customers are 95% AFUE or higher and we can do this at an affordable price. By installing a new high efficient furnace, you are improving indoor air quality, lowering your energy bill, and doing your part to save the environment. Simply put, when you install a 95% AFUE furnace, you get 0.95 cents of every $1.00 dollar you spend on heating cost. Therefore, less waste means more savings and less carbon monoxide is released into the atmosphere.
Seasonal Start-Up
It’s imperative that seasonal start-up be done by a technician as this will allow the technician to assess how the unit will perform during heating or cooling season. This will avoid a service call during harsh weather when most technicians are busy and they can not get to you in time as well as resulting into premium charges. Think of pre-season start-up as insurance, since it provides peace of mind knowing you will not go without heating during cold winter season or air conditioning during heat waves.
